Level 1 IFS:

I use Internal Family Systems approaches to build self-leadership by increasing connectedness, curiosity, confidence and calm.

MA ABS:

I have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and have used this degree as an educator, therapist, Life Coach and Organizational Development Consultant.

NBC-HWC:

I am National Board Certified as a Health and Wellness Coach which allows me to help clients promote their overall well-being and improve their symptoms.

LCPC:

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the states of Montana and Washington.

SBHP

I am a certified Star Behavioral Health Provider. This training is specific to the needs of service members and their families.
